At Anusi, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and efficiently. This Shipping Policy outlines how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

ORDER PROCESSING

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

  • In case of high order volume, processing may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified in such cases.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS

  • We currently ship across India.

  • For international shipping inquiries, please contact us at web.anusi@gmail.com before placing your order.

SHIPPING CHARGES

  • Free shipping may be available on select orders or promotional offers.

  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

DELIVERY TIME

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro cities: 2–5 business days

  • Non-metro cities/towns: 4–8 business days

  • Remote areas: 5–10 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

ORDER TRACKING

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS.

  • You can track your shipment through the courier partner’s website.

SHIPPING PARTNERS

We work with trusted courier services to ensure safe and timely delivery of your jewellery.

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will attempt re-delivery.

  • After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-shipping charges may apply.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

  • Please ensure that your shipping address and contact details are accurate.

  • Anusi is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

  • If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • We will assist you in resolving the issue with the courier partner.

DELIVERY CONFIRMATION

  • Once the order is marked as delivered by the courier, Anusi is not liable for theft or loss.

  • Customers are advised to ensure someone is available to receive the package.
